Ingredients

  • 6 oz. tuna or salmon
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 pkg. plain gelatin
  • 1/4 c. pickle
  • 1/4 c. pimento
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion

Instructions

  1. Place gelatin in water to dissolve.
  2. Add vinegar and other ingredients.
  3. Place in refrigerator until firm.
  4. Makes 2 servings.
