Instructions
- Soak shrimp in milk 10 min. Drain and dredge in flour. Saute in oils for 5 min. Place under preheated broiler 5 min. until crispy golden. Drain
- In saucepan mix egg and lemon juice. Add 1/2 stick butter and stir until thick. Add rest of butter a little at a time and garlic. Stir gently. Add chive and parsley and pour over shrimp
