Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mild whitefish
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the fish.
  2. Arrange the fish in a 12 x 8-inch glass baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the fish with seasoned salt.
  4. Dot the fish with butter or margarine.
  5. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High for 2 minutes.
  6. In a bowl, blend Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and chopped green onions.
  7. Spread the cheese mixture over the fish.
  8. Cover again with waxed paper and microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes until cooked through.
  9. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
