- Wash and dry the fish.
- Arrange the fish in a 12 x 8-inch glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle the fish with seasoned salt.
- Dot the fish with butter or margarine.
- Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High for 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, blend Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and chopped green onions.
- Spread the cheese mixture over the fish.
- Cover again with waxed paper and microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes until cooked through.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
