Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 cups blueberries
  • 2 deep dish pie shells

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar with cornstarch and stir in water.
  2. Add 2 cups of blueberries and cook until thick, stirring often.
  3. Cool the filling.
  4. Bake the pie shells until golden.
  5. Place 1 cup of blueberries in each pie shell.
  6. Pour the cooked filling over the berries in each shell.
  7. Cool the pies before serving and top with Cool Whip.
