Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 qt. shredded cabbage
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. cream
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook shredded cabbage in hot milk for 2 minutes.
  2. Add cream, blended butter, flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook rapidly for 3 to 4 minutes and serve.
