- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick vegetable spray.
- Arrange chicken pieces in the baking dish; set aside.
- Mix mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese soup, mushroom slices, white wine, crushed garlic, parsley flakes, curry powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken pieces.
- Bake for 60 to 75 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
- Sprinkle with paprika just before serving.
