- Cook celery and onion in 1/2 stick of butter until tender.
- Spoon the cooked celery and onion mixture over the cooked chicken.
- Pour half of the chicken broth over the chicken mixture.
- Combine sour cream and chicken soup and add to the mixture.
- Sprinkle stuffing crumbs evenly over the top.
- Pour 1/2 cup of melted butter over the crumbs.
- Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of chicken broth over the top.
- Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
