Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 package stuffing
  • 1 cup chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 to 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Cook celery and onion in 1/2 stick of butter until tender.
  2. Spoon the cooked celery and onion mixture over the cooked chicken.
  3. Pour half of the chicken broth over the chicken mixture.
  4. Combine sour cream and chicken soup and add to the mixture.
  5. Sprinkle stuffing crumbs evenly over the top.
  6. Pour 1/2 cup of melted butter over the crumbs.
  7. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of chicken broth over the top.
  8. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
