Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
  • oil for frying
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Cut the flour tortillas into bite-sized pieces or strips.
  2. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Fry the tortilla pieces until golden brown and crispy, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  5. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Toss the fried tortillas in the cinnamon sugar mixture until well coated.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy this quick, sweet treat.
