Ingredients

  • 25 tomatoes
  • 10 medium onions
  • 5 to 10 mango peppers
  • 1 1/2 cups white vinegar
  • 6 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Heat the mixture well.
  2. Cut onions and peppers into small pieces and boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain the onions and peppers and add them to the chopped tomatoes.
  4. Add white vinegar, salt, and garlic powder; heat well.
  5. Pour the salsa into jars and seal.
