- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the sugar until it turns golden caramel.
- Pour the caramel into a flan mold or individual ramekins, tilting to coat the bottom evenly.
- In a blender, combine the condensed milk, regular milk, eggs, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the caramel in the mold(s).
- Place the mold(s) in a large baking pan and add hot water to reach halfway up the sides of the mold(s).
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until set.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- To serve, run a knife around the edges and invert onto a serving plate.
