Ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Cut bacon into small pieces.
  2. Place bacon pieces in an 8 x 12-inch baking pan.
  3. Put the pan under the broiler to brown the bacon while preparing the batter.
  4. Beat eggs, salt, and sugar together.
  5. Beat in milk and flour alternately to form the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into the hot pan with browned bacon and grease.
  7. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20 minutes until set and golden.
  8. Cut into squares and serve with syrup.
