Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 chuck roast
  • 1 packet onion soup

Instructions

  1. Place the chuck roast on a large sheet of aluminum foil.
  2. Sprinkle the onion soup over the roast.
  3. Pour the cream of mushroom soup on top, covering the entire roast.
  4. Cover with the foil.
  5. Bake at 325°F for 3 1/2 hours.
