Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Knorr leek soup mix
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed, do not drain
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 oz can mushrooms, drained

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the patty shells in a bowl.
  2. Press each quarter shell into small ungreased tart pans (1 1/2 inches in diameter).
  3. Fill the shells with the spinach mixture.
  4. Bake at 425°F for 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
