Ingredients

  • 2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1 3/4 c. celery, diced
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs, boiled and chopped
  • 3 tsp. onions, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (3 oz.) can Chinese noodles

Instructions

  1. Combine the first 7 ingredients and place in a greased 2-quart casserole. Cover this with the cheese and then the noodles.
  2. Bake until bubbly, about 25 minutes in oven set at 350°.
  3. Yields 8 servings.
