Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. flounder fillet
  • 6 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
  • 6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • chopped garlic
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Place the flounder fillet on a pan.
  2. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and chopped garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Wet this mixture with olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.
  5. Boil for 3 to 5 minutes until browned.
