- Pour milk into a bowl and whisk in the instant chocolate pudding mix until smooth.
- Fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
- Stir in 1 cup of crushed chocolate sandwich cookies.
- Spoon the mixture into a prepared crust, filling each cup about ¾ full.
- Sprinkle the remaining cookie crumbs over the top.
- Place the pies in the freezer and chill overnight.
- Let the pies sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
- Create gumdrop flowers by flattening gumdrops and cutting them with a small cutter.
- Attach each flower to a pretzel stick and insert into the center of each serving.
