Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. soft butter
  • 1 large clove garlic, pressed
  • 4 French rolls
  • 2 c. diced turkey
  • 1 c. seeded and diced tomato
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 16 slices pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Combine butter and garlic.
  2. Slice rolls in half.
  3. Spread both halves with butter mixture.
  4. Place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes at 450°.
  6. Combine turkey, tomato, oregano and salt.
  7. Heat oil in skillet.
  8. Add mixture; cook until heated through.
  9. Stir in half of cheese.
  10. Spoon onto heated rolls.
  11. Top with 3 slices of pepperoni.
  12. Sprinkle with cheese.
  13. Broil until cheese is bubbly and lightly brown.
  14. Serve hot.
