Ingredients

  • 1 lb stew beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can wine or water
  • 2 Tbsp instant onion or 1/2 package dry onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients, including raw stew beef, cream of mushroom soup, wine or water, and onion or onion soup mix, into a casserole dish.
  2. Cover the casserole dish with a lid or aluminum foil.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 1/2 hours until the beef is tender and flavors are well combined.
