Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 2/3 cup hot water
  • 6 slices bread
  • 1 1/2 tsp. bell seasoning
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef and ground pork together in a frying pan and set aside.
  2. Mix hot water, bread slices, bell seasoning, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. Add the egg to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Combine the meat with the bread mixture and mix thoroughly.
  5. Bake the mixture for 45 minutes at 325°F or use it as stuffing for turkey.
