- Drain the crushed pineapple, reserving the juice and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine lime gelatin, water, and the reserved pineapple juice.
- Cook and stir over low heat until the gelatin is dissolved.
- Refrigerate until the mixture is syrupy, about 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in the syrupy gelatin mixture, chopped walnuts, miniature marshmallows, and whipped cream.
- Mix gently until well combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
