Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Melt 1/3 cup butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan in the oven at 400°.
  2. While butter is melting, whip together all remaining ingredients until frothy.
  3. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Serve the pancakes with syrup.
