Ingredients

  • 4 turnips, peeled
  • 4 potatoes, peeled
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • water
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 2 Tbsp. soft butter

Instructions

  1. Combine quartered potatoes, turnips and salt.
  2. Cover with water and boil until turnips and potatoes are very tender.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Mash; add cream, butter, salt and pepper.
  5. Beat until fluffy.
