Tips & Substitutions

For a lighter texture, ensure your egg whites are beaten until stiff peaks form. If you prefer, you can substitute granulated sugar with powdered sugar for a smoother consistency. For flavor variations, consider using different extracts like almond or coconut, or even a splash of liqueur. This sauce pairs beautifully with Rich Peach Cobbler or Lemon Cake Pie Or Sponge.

Serving Suggestions

This foamy pudding sauce is delightful when served over vanilla pudding, chocolate mousse, or even fresh fruit. For an elegant touch, drizzle it over Senator Wallop'S Birthday Torte(White Chocolate Mousse Torte) or serve alongside a slice of Verne'S Quick Buttermilk Pound Cake for a delicious dessert experience.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftover foamy pudding sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. When ready to serve, gently rebeat the sauce to restore its fluffy texture, as it may separate after chilling. Avoid microwaving, as it may lose its airy consistency.
