Ingredients

  • pizza dough
  • olive oil
  • flour or cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup chopped olives (optional)
  • roasted peppers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Roll out the dough into a circle, similar to a thicker pizza crust.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil.
  4. Bake on a cookie sheet or pizza stone sprinkled with cornmeal or flour for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
