Foil Fish Bake

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean and rinse the fish; allow to drain. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
- Mix together margarine, parsley, dill sprigs, chives, onion, and lemon juice to make the stuffing.
- Stuff each fish with the herb mixture and wrap separately in aluminum foil, sealing the edges carefully.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Unwrap the fish and remove to a hot platter. Garnish with parsley and lemon juice or slices before serving.
