Ingredients

  • 4 fresh lake trout or mackerel or other whole white fish
  • 2 Tbsp Ultra Promise
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill sprigs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Clean and rinse the fish; allow to drain. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
  3. Mix together margarine, parsley, dill sprigs, chives, onion, and lemon juice to make the stuffing.
  4. Stuff each fish with the herb mixture and wrap separately in aluminum foil, sealing the edges carefully.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Unwrap the fish and remove to a hot platter. Garnish with parsley and lemon juice or slices before serving.
