Ingredients

  • celery salt
  • soychick slices
  • onion
  • mushroom
  • water
  • frozen green beans
  • margarine
  • carrot
  • zucchini
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Season all ingredients with salt, pepper, celery salt and McKay's chicken seasoning.
  2. Wrap in foil and bake for 1/2 hour at 425°.
