Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Melt the cream cheese in a double boiler.
  2. Add milk and stir until smooth.
  3. Add minced garlic, a pinch of salt, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Stir again until well combined.
