Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 package Mahatma yellow rice mix

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to the package directions.
  2. Add oleo (melted butter or margarine) to the cooked rice and set aside.
  3. Mix drained corn and cream of celery soup together.
  4. Combine the corn mixture with the cooked rice and oleo.
  5. Pour the mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
