Ingredients

  • 16 oz. wide egg noodles
  • 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
  2. Combine cooked noodles, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, whipping cream, shredded Swiss cheese, shredded Mozzarella cheese, and the beaten egg in a bowl.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a lightly greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and top with slices of Mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
