Ingredients

  • graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons peppermint flavoring

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and powdered sugar together; add melted unsweetened chocolate.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and peppermint flavoring, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Pour the mixture into a graham cracker pie crust and freeze.
  4. Remove from freezer twenty minutes before serving.
  5. Top with whipped cream and serve.
