Ingredients

  • 2 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • 2 large cans pork and beans
  • 7 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 6 hot dogs, sliced
  • 6 pack chilled beer (with frosted glasses)

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon

  4. Before

  6. is done, drain grease (save
  7. a little).
  8. Add onion and pepper and saute until tender. Add
  9. pork
  10. and beans and the rest of the ingredients. Simmer until flavors
  11. mix.
  12. Add sliced hot dogs and simmer 10 minutes.
  13. Serve in bowls with a frosted glass of beer.
