Ingredients

  • 3 ready made pie crusts
  • 3 cans large sliced peaches
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 4 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Defrost the pie crusts and butter a large baking pan.
  2. Line the bottom and sides of the pan with two of the pie crusts.
  3. Pour the canned sliced peaches into a bowl.
  4. Mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and peaches until well combined.
  5. Squash the peaches and mix until the flour mixture is evenly incorporated.
  6. Pour the peach mixture into the prepared pan.
  7. Cut the remaining two pie crusts into strips and arrange them over the top of the peach filling.
  8. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
