Ingredients

  • 3 c. warm water
  • 3 pkg. yeast (3 Tbsp.)
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. molasses
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1/3 c. powdered milk
  • 7 to 8 c. whole wheat flour

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  2. Add honey, molasses, and melted butter to the yeast mixture.
  3. Add powdered milk and gradually incorporate whole wheat flour until a stiff dough forms.
  4. Turn out the dough onto a lightly floured surface.
