Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup fresh bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbsp grated carrots
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 slice bread of choice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp alfalfa sprouts

Instructions

  1. Toss shredded lettuce, fresh bean sprouts, grated Cheddar cheese, grated carrots, raisins, and chopped walnuts and place on the bread slice.
  2. Combine honey, lemon juice, and yogurt; blend until smooth.
  3. Spoon the dressing over the vegetables and sprinkle alfalfa sprouts on top.
