Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In large bowl mix well 2 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast.
  2. Add margarine.
  3. Gradually add water to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
  4. Add 1 cup flour. Beat at high speed for 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in additional flour to make soft dough.
  6. Turn out on floured board and knead a few times to form a ball.
  7. Divide into 4 pieces.
  8. Roll each into a 15 x 8-inch oblong roll.
  9. Roll up tightly like a jelly roll.
  10. Place on greased baking sheet sprinkled with a little corn meal.
  11. Brush with oil.
  12. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, then freeze up to 6 weeks.
