Ingredients

  • 1 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 pod hot pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 medium size onion, chopped fine
  • 1/4 c. sweet milk
  • 1/3 c. cooking oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. cheese, chopped (most any kind)

Instructions

  1. Cook in hot oven at 450°.
  2. One big difference in this type of bread is you can warm this bread over and it is still delicious. Hope you enjoy it.
