Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground pork butt
  • 1/2 ground onion
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 4 tsp. cloves
  • 4 tsp. allspice

Instructions

  1. In a covered pan, cook the ground pork on low heat for 2 to 3 hours until the water is totally absorbed.
  2. Add up to 4 teaspoons each of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice to the cooked pork.
  3. Mix well and refrigerate before serving.
