Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups salad oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a quart jar.
  2. Cover tightly and shake to blend.
  3. Store in refrigerator.
  4. Remove garlic when serving.
