Ingredients

  • 1 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1 c. unsifted flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 5 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in order given.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into 375° deep fat.
  3. Cook until golden brown.
  4. Drain on brown paper.
  5. Serve hot.
