- Arrange 8 slices of bread in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together 6 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 cups milk or eggnog, and a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg.

- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Next morning, remove from refrigerator and preheat the oven to 350°F.
