Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. fresh uncooked kernels
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine melted butter, flour, salt, pepper, milk, and corn in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add beaten eggs and blend well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes.
