  • juice of 3 lemons
  • 1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 5 to 6 mashed bananas, pureed
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. water
  • 2 (28 oz.) bottles club soda

  2. Combine mashed bananas with orange juice, lemon juice, and pineapple juice.
  3. Add the fruit juice mixture to the water and sugar mixture and stir well.
  4. Just before serving, add the bottles of club soda and gently mix.

Tips & Substitutions

For a sweeter punch, adjust the sugar to your taste, or consider using honey as a natural substitute. You can also add a splash of cranberry or grape juice for extra flavor. If you prefer a less frothy punch, add the club soda slowly to reduce fizz. Fresh fruit garnishes like slices of orange or lemon can enhance both appearance and taste.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the fresh fruit punch in a large bowl or pitcher over ice for a refreshing drink. It's perfect for parties and pairs beautifully with light appetizers or salads. For a fun twist, consider adding sliced strawberries or a touch of mint for garnish. This punch is also great alongside light meals or as a refreshing complement to BBQ dishes.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftover fruit punch in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. The club soda may lose its fizz, so it's best to add it just before serving. To refresh the punch, consider adding more fresh juice or fruit the next day to revive its flavor.
