Ingredients

  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup quartered cherries
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 24 vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Blend together Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice.
  2. Add prepared fruit to the mixture.
  3. Line an 8-inch spring-form cake pan with wax paper.
  4. Pour the fruit mixture into the pan.
  5. Layer with vanilla wafers over the fruit mixture.
  6. Chill in refrigerator for 6 hours or longer before serving.
