Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. medium shell noodles
  • 18 oz. carton nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 (5 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 large orange, sectioned
  • 1 c. red grapes, halved
  • 1 c. green grapes, halved
  • 1 large apple, chopped
  • 1 medium banana, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare shell noodles according to package directions.
  2. Rinse well with cold water and drain.
  3. In a small bowl, blend nonfat plain yogurt and frozen orange juice concentrate.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked shell noodles, pineapple chunks, orange segments, halved red grapes, halved green grapes, chopped apple, and sliced banana.
  5. Add the yogurt mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Cover and chill thoroughly before serving.
