Fresh guacamole with creamy avocados, ripe tomato, onion, and fragrant spices, perfect for parties or casual snacking with tortilla chips and loved by all ages.

Ingredients

  • 4 avocados
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground oregano

Instructions

  1. Peel avocados, remove seed, and mash to preferred consistency. Peel and chop tomato and add to mashed avocado.
  2. Finely dice onion and add to mixture.
  3. Add spices to mixture.
  4. Add juice of lime and mix all ingredients well.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
