Fritz'S Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 large sweet onion, chopped ⓘ
- 1 large red bell pepper, chopped ⓘ
- 2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped ⓘ
- 6 to 8 scallions, chopped (including tops) ⓘ
- 1 can green chili peppers, seeded and chopped (with juice) ⓘ
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley ⓘ
- 1 can hominy, drained ⓘ
- 1 can black-eyed peas, drained ⓘ
- 2 large leaves fresh cilantro, finely chopped ⓘ
- 1 small jar Paul Newman Italian dressing
- salt and pepper to taste ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Refrigerate for 24 hours or more to allow flavors to develop.
