Ingredients

  • 1 (10 lb.) fresh ham
  • 3 cups ginger ale
  • 1 cup white wine

Instructions

  1. Place the fresh ham on a roasting rack in a Dutch oven on top of the stove.
  2. Combine the ginger ale and white wine together and pour over the ham.
  3. Place in a preheated 350°F oven and cook for approximately 2 1/2 hours.
