Ingredients

  • 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • 1 egg
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 2 oz. frozen orange juice or 1/2 to 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg well in a large bowl.
  2. Add the cream cheese and beat until smooth.
  3. Add sugar, salt, and vanilla; beat until well combined.
  4. Add sour cream and orange juice; beat until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  7. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake stand in the oven for 1 hour.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
