Ingredients

  • French lettuce, long ear lettuce and or mixed greens.
  • Mandarin wedges 5
  • walnuts 2 tablespoons
  • goat cheese 2/4 cup
  • fresh ground pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • olive oil 1/3 cup
  • balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup
  • lime 1 tablespoon
  • bacon 2 tablespoons
  • mushrooms 1/3 cup
  • onion 3 wedges
  • garlic 1 clove minced

Instructions

  1. First prepare the dressing, with the onions and the garlic, marinated wuld be better tasting.
  2. Mix all the greens, then the mandarin wedges, walnut, bacon, mushrooms. Before serving add the goat cheese and the dressing.
