Fresh Salad
Ingredients
- French lettuce, long ear lettuce and or mixed greens. ⓘ
- Mandarin wedges 5 ⓘ
- walnuts 2 tablespoons ⓘ
- goat cheese 2/4 cup ⓘ
- fresh ground pepper to taste ⓘ
- salt to taste
- olive oil 1/3 cup ⓘ
- balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup ⓘ
- lime 1 tablespoon ⓘ
- bacon 2 tablespoons ⓘ
- mushrooms 1/3 cup ⓘ
- onion 3 wedges ⓘ
- garlic 1 clove minced ⓘ
Instructions
- First prepare the dressing, with the onions and the garlic, marinated wuld be better tasting.
- Mix all the greens, then the mandarin wedges, walnut, bacon, mushrooms. Before serving add the goat cheese and the dressing.
