Ingredients

  • 1 head fresh broccoli
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop and slice broccoli and stems fairly thin.
  2. Saute garlic in oil.
  3. Stir-fry broccoli in garlic and oil.
  4. When almost tender, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over while still stirring with a fork.
  5. Cook 2 more minutes and serve.
